Withdraw from a purchase

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason. This form is one way to do that; an e-mail saying the same thing works just as well.

You do not need an account, and you do not need to have activated anything. Asking for an immediate start at checkout does not take this right away, and neither does using the app.

This is separate from our own refund policy, which gives a refund on request while a licence has run no more than 10 billable performances. That policy is something we offer on top of your statutory rights — see the terms.

Anything that identifies the purchase: the order number from the shop's confirmation, or the reference in our e-mail.

Where we send the confirmation and our reply. It does not have to be the address you bought with.

You do not have to give a reason. Nothing you write here can make the request invalid.
